Very sad to post that my sister at flouncy in Bingley is having to close her shop, Rebecca has struggled really since COVID, the high street never really recovered and I actually think she is the brave one and closing whilst the rest of us just hope for better times again 😢, we can't all keep pleading people to support local but unfortunately if we carry on buying everything online the high street will definitely go.

We aren't brave enough to close 😂 so we will be back open tomorrow ready to feed you but please pop into flouncy and buy some bits, pay cash and then bank charges can be avoided reducing the turnover even more.

It is with a very heavy heart that I have to announce that after 16 wonderful years of dressing the ladies of Bingley, I have made the difficult decision to close my physical store.

Like so many small businesses, these challenging times have taken their toll. While the shop will be closing around the end of August, my online business will continue, so you'll still be able to shop with me online.

Over the coming weeks, there will be reductions throughout the store, followed by a full closing down sale, so keep an eye out for some fantastic bargains.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single customer who has supported me over the last 16 years. Your loyalty, friendship and encouragement have meant more than you will ever know, and I am incredibly grateful for all the memories we've shared.

On a personal note, I will also be looking for a new job, so if anyone is looking for someone hardworking, experienced and passionate about customer service and retail – I'm your girl!

Finally, if anyone may be interested in taking on the lease or purchasing the shop as a whole (without the business name), please feel free to drop me a message.

So tomorrow we have my eldest helping Keith and my youngest Ruby as I am escaping!!
For Christmas, my sister (the rich one 😂) surprised myself and my older sister as weekend away in London to see Boyzone and afternoon tea at the Ritz!!! I can't wait, it will be lovely to spend time with my sisters.

So yesterday I did literally masses of Baking, if it's as quiet today and tomorrow as Wednesday and Thursday I'm in trouble, there's so much....
