I’m back in my happy place after a long week! I took a long walk on the beach with the Crazy Mother Cockers and then spent an afternoon in my Kelicious kitchen by the sea. 👩‍🍳 ❤️

I can’t wait to bake these Cherry 🍒 Bakewell Brioche Rolls and Crispy Onion, Cheese and Garlic Focaccia after they’ve had their final proof! 👌🏻

I’ve also made Cadbury Mini Egg Billionaires slices and they’re ready to be sliced and dressed in the morning.

I’ll post pictures in the morning once everything’s finished! 👌🏻😋

Hey Kel-licious Fam! 👋🏻

I’m looking for your help and feedback on a few ideas for an Easter treat. I’ve been experimenting with something alternative this weekend.

Here are my first ideas Chocolate Scotch Eggs:

- Biscoff Egg: A full Biscoff egg wrapped in my gorgeous gooey Cadbury dairy milk brownie, dipped in Cadbury chocolate, and rolled in a Biscoff crumb. Topped off with a Cadbury dairy milk ganache and half a Biscoff egg!

- Caramel Eggs: A full Caramel egg wrapped in my gorgeous gooey Cadbury dairy milk brownie, dipped in Cadbury chocolate, and rolled in a dairy milk crumb. Topped off with a Cadbury dairy milk ganache and half a caramel egg!

- Crème Eggs: A full crème egg wrapped in my gorgeous gooey Cadbury dairy milk brownie, dipped in Cadbury chocolate, and rolled in a dairy milk crumb. Topped off with a Cadbury dairy milk ganache and half a crème egg!

- Oreo Eggs: A full Oreo egg wrapped in my gorgeous gooey Cadbury dairy milk brownie, dipped in Cadbury chocolate, and rolled in an Oreo crumb. Topped off with a Cadbury dairy milk ganache and half an Oreo egg!

All these treats are lovely handmade by me in my 5* Food Hygiene rated kitchen. They’re huge, absolutely delicious (sorry if I’m blowing my own trumpet, but they are! 🤣🫣), and could easily be shared or enjoyed in a couple of sittings. I would literally be in awe of anyone who did it in one sitting! 🤣 They have around a week consume by date if kept in the fridge.

If purchased singular, they would come in their own decorated containers. If brought in 4s, 6s, or 12s, they would come in a cupcake decorated box.

So, here are my questions for you guys:

* - Would you buy something like this?
* - How much would you expect to pay?
* - Would you take multiple flavours if they were on an offer?
* - Do you think they need tweaking a bit or should I do any other flavours?

Any feedback at this time would be greatly appreciated. The first picture is the actual product, but I’ve used AI to make them look pretty 🤩. The other pictures are how they would come if ordered, but I would tweak them a bit.
