It means that for every sale at one of our markets you’ve helped plant 400 trees with Ecologi! 175 in Kenya, 125 in Madagascar, 51 in Tanzania and 49 in Mozambique. 🌲🌳🌿🌱🌍

Plus for every custom cake or postal order you’ve placed I’ve been able to make a £2 donation to some amazing charities as part of my Supporting Good Causes pledge. Hope and Aid Direct, Music in Hospitals & Care, Little Lifts, Cancer Research UK and Brake, the road safety charity via Work for Good. 🫶🏻✨🥰

🧡GINGERBREAD🧡 Are these Gingerbread Caramel Blondies a bit of you? With cute mini Gingerbread Men I think they’re irresistible!

They’ll make a special final appearance at my next market on Sunday. All handcrafted right here in Bexley using fairtrade sugar, free range eggs, British butter and the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate.

🪴GARDEN🪴 What better way to celebrate than showing off one of my favourite bespoke buttercream birthday cakes!

All for the gin loving, ginger chocolate nibbler, green fingered birthday girl 🥳

Free rein lead me to create this beauty with edible soil, buttercream roses, white picket fence chocolate drip, Waitrose & Partners edible rose petals, Green & Black's chocolates and cute mini Hendrick's Gin bottles to dig up. 👩🏻‍🌾

I used Magnolia Kitchen’s signature chocolate cake recipe too 🥰👌🏻underneath the buttercream landscape !

✨MAY THE FOURTH✨ Hello there…today is a very special day here at Pemberley Bakes…as it’s our 4th birthday 🎉🥳🧁

Now, that is no coincidence I can tell you cake Kings and Queens. When I was choosing my Business Birthday there was NO other choice but 4th May aka May the fourth aka Star Wars Day.

As you may have guessed…I love Star Wars (as well as Pride & Prejudice, Colin Firth, baking etc.) so I wanted to combine my faves together and Pemberley Bakes was born OTD in 2018.

How PERFECT that today is Pemberley Bakes’ 4th birthday ON May the 4th 💫
