Happy New Year to all our friends, family and our amazing customers.
Hope you are all well and had a wonderful start of the year so far 🥰.
I know I am a bit late here but to tell you the truth i just had to try and switch off from the baker/small business owner mode for a little bit…..it’s been strange not baking back to back 😲
But at the same time quite nice to not having sleepless nights trying to get on top of everything as well as being a mum.
This Christmas has been wonderful to be able to spend some time with friends and family.
Here is a few photos from my camera roll from the last few months…a little selection of photos, cake videos, markets setups, coffee fuel for market days and Christmas.
I just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for everyone that supported us in 2025 and thank you for keeping this BAKER HERE super busy during last year from bespoke celebrations cakes, wedding cakes and all our market bakes. …..we can’t wait to be back out again with our market stalls next week.

We are back from our amazing holiday in Disneyland Florida and I couldn’t go another year without making our Easter treats…so while away I decided that I will be bringing limited numbers of our Easter eggs.
This have to be pre-ordered until Wednesday.
Collections will be from Hemel Hampstead at our stand on Friday or Saturday and we will back on Sunday the 20th in berkhamsted at the Farmers Market.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and new year ;)
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas break and enjoyed their time with loved ones.
This was the first time in ages that I decided to take some proper time off and enjoy Christmas with family….it’s been so lovely to actually be able to completely switch off from all and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. I am still off work and not back in the kitchen until the 7th of Jan when little one goes back to school!
I know it’s been a while since I last posted here….2024 was a great year for my small cake business ….a bit crazy juggling year but amazing, I wouldn’t have been able yo do as much as I have done without my mum (my absolute market support), grandpa the Saturday morning babysitter, Nana and also my other half and my little boys who puts up with all the crazy mad baking days 🤣
We started our weekly Saturday Market Stalls it’s been crazy busy but it has been amazing 🥰😊 thank you everyone for supporting my small cake business. Everyone that trusts me with their celebration cakes, wedding cake, everyone that has purchased our weekly cheeky cake treats from our cake stand and every one that follows me here.
Looking forward for another great amazing year ahead of us and what 2025 can bring us.
We will be back with our cake stand on Saturday 11th of Jan at Berkhamsted high street.

Wow where is the year going ….It’s June already 😱
I haven’t been posting much for a while now….life has been extremely busy behind the scenes creating so many bespoke cakes and all our cheeky cake treats for our weekly market stalls.
Beginning of May I was asked if I could create this for Anne for her special birthday….i was told about some colours and flavours and this was what I managed to get together.
I love a gold, dried flowers and sprinkles just add the finishing touches.

We live the final product in the end, and veryy creation here is made with so much love, thought and care to try making as perfect as we can.
This was a 6” vanilla and chocolate cake with a yummy 3 layers of our white chocolate brigadeiro filling and mixed berry compote, decorated in a light vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream topping. Finished off with a decorated cake board to add that touch, personalised name charm, fondant animal characters made by 🙋🏻‍♀️(I love learning every step and finding things that I never imagined doing) and our ballon art a mix of green, golds and cream 🥰

This was a 7” chocolate cake with an indulging 3 layers of salted caramel and chocolate brigadeiro filling then decorated in a light vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
I made this cake last December but haven’t really found the time to post here….thank you sarah for asking me to make this for hubby.

The Cake charms was made by myself using the fabulous Cricut maker 3 machine what would I do whithout that.
We also have our signature where we add a personalised message on the cake board but decorating in fondant and using the .stamp lettering stets 🥰

I never took a selfie my self with the stand but my HELPER DID of course 🤣.
Meet Ryan…the other half, the driver, the shopping buddy (even tho he hates shopping but he has no choice), the biggest cake lover who is always looking for desserts every night, the person that is learning that he got himself stuck in helping me out loading the car and in setting up the gazebo 😬!!!! Thank you mr Taylor for helping me on this fun journey 😘😘.
Next photo was my cheeky youngest Lincoln….at the end of the day with gloves saying I can help mummy 🥹.
We are still getting hang of doing events and markets…they require a lot of prep
And tons of baking ….which can be extremely tiring….but at the end of the event I am always left with a full heart and so great full and a buzzing desire to do more and more events ….its such a wonderful feeling seeing so many people on your stand.
I also had the pleasure of meeting a couple who I made a cake for at the beginning of the year it was a for their surprise 50th wedding anniversary all arranged by their son…thank you for all your lovely words 🥰.
So I just wanted to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU for supporting my small cake business…it means the world to me 🥰
