Auntie Bettie's Sweets and Cakes I am Kirstie and I am the managing director for Auntie Bettie's Sweets and Cakes. In the last two years I have discovered my passion for baking.

I found my passion for baking since I have learnt I am unable to have too much wheat or gluten in my diet. On this web page I will be sharing my experiences from baking various different cakes and biscuits along with making home made sweets. My dream in the long term is to have do this full time.
