It’s Sourdough September and our calendar is BREADY so if you are out and about enjoying the crisp autumn weather, check out our dates: the breadman is coming to St Albans on the first two Saturdays of the month, the other two are booked at Leighton Buzzard and St Neots. As for events, meet us at the Biddenham Village Show on Sunday 6/9, the beloved Bedford Flea on 13/9 and we’ll also be in Cambridge for our second Biodiversity and Regenerative Food Festival on the last Sunday of the month! Super excited for the month ahead, hope to see you out and about soon 🍂 🥖

See you tomorrow on St Cuthbert Street: we are bringing our staple bread goodies so you can have a proper nibble while enjoying the party!

Friends of Leighton Buzzard, the breadman stall will not be in front of Coral’s as usual, instead find him in front of a… different kind of bakery aka Greggs

While the temperatures sure feel tropical, the bread still needs baking 🥵 🥖 not for the faint hearted, baking during a heatwave is basically the boss level of the trade, we are sure every other baker will agree 🔥

The breadman is on holiday this week so he is not coming to St Albans, but fret not - he will return on the first weekend of next month as per usual.

Our online orders are also closed but will resume later next week, we’ll keep you updated 🥖

Our market dates are now up so check them out, we are ready for the Bedford Flea next weekend 9/8 so we will see you there!

Our August dates are up, check out where we’ll be throughout the month 🥖

Please note that we will not come to St Albans marker this coming weekend 1/8, but will be back as usual for our next date on the 5th of September.

We’re coming to the Flea, Leighton Buzzard and St Neots markets as usual, and we have St Cuthbert’s Fest lined up to end the month off strong! Looking forward to seeing you all, the baked goods shall be provided as per requirements 🥖 🙌

After a long day of baking in the heatwave (it is as intense as it sounds), the breadman is out at St Neots market today, ready to share his sourdough goodies with everyone who’s out enjoying the weather! We’re super excited to return to Bedford Flea market next Sunday, catch up with our friends in Leighton Buzzard on the 16th and, lastly, we’ll be in St Neots on 23/5 📆
