How cool is this? ⛏️

Sheet cakes have been so popular lately, the perfect way to celebrate a kids birthday.

This one was rich chocolate sponges, filled and decorated with green vanilla buttercream and finished with colourful sprinkles. The wonderful My Happy Crafting Place made the toppers which matched the theme perfectly!

This cake was absolutely huge! 🎂

Made from 10 inch vanilla sponges, filled with vanilla buttercream (in red, peach and yellow tones) and strawberry jam then finished with more buttercream, gold sprinkles and a wonderful topper from My Happy Crafting Place, my absolute go to for toppers!

What better way to celebrate retiring from pub landlord life than sharing the last moments with your friends, family and regulars ☺️

How good does this look? 🌰

I love a chocolate hazelnut combo, so when I was asked by the lovely Vicky Egan to make this for her mum's birthday over the summer, I couldn't say no!

Rich chocolate sponges, filled and covered with Nutella buttercream and finished with chopped hazelnuts, chocolate drip and Ferrero Rocher, the ultimate choc hazelnut combo!
