The shed has had a summer glow up and it's so exciting! 🥳

The shed is now bigger and has a fridge in it so I can bake so many extra delicious treats in addition to all your favourites ☺️

This week we have:
- Funfetti cookies
- Made without dairy white chocolate chips cookies
- Biscoff loaf tins
- Lemon bars (shortbread base with a delicious lemon-y topping)
- School cake
- Tiramisu
- Jammie dodger cheesecake
- Made without gluten galaxy caramel brownies
- Gold bar & Milkybar blondies

Love it when a theme comes together 💜

This beauty was made from vanilla sponges, filled with vanilla buttercream, covered with purple vanilla buttercream and finished with matching sprinkles and disco balls 🪩 The customer provided the topper which matched the cake perfectly!

These were ordered a little while back for a company event - 25x vanilla cupcakes and 25x chocolate cupcakes, all topped with a lime green vanilla buttercream and finished with colourful sprinkles! So simply but so effective 🧁

Another day, another blondie slab!

This slab of bueno-y goodness went out a little while back (I've been so lax with social media 🙈) but just look at it, my idea of heaven 😍

A fabulous white chocolate blondie base, packed full of Kinder Bueno, topped with white hazelnut spread buttercream & Kinder Bueno chunks, finished with a fondant '30' topper 🌰

This week's menu is making me hungry! 🙈 Can't tell you how excited I am about the s'mores cookie sandwich - 2x milk chocolate chip cookies sandwiched together with homemade marshmallow and chocolate ganache 🤤

Shed will be open Friday 14th - Sunday 16th August or until sold out. You'll find these bakes in there this week:
- Shortbread men
- Made without gluten & dairy banana muffins
- Lemon drizzle loaf tins
- School cake
- S'mores cookie sandwich
- Bakewell blondie
- Rolo brownie

With it being warm again, just pop any bakes (except sponges) in the fridge for a while (around 30-60 mins) to enjoy at their best!

Little throwback to something out of the ordinary for me as a baker 🎀

Fondant isn't something I normally work with, I'm much more of a buttercream kinda girl, but this one was super fun to create!

Made from soft vanilla sponges, filled with vanilla buttercream & strawberry jam, covered with fondant and finished with wafer butterflies, sugar flowers, buttercream piping and a pink bow for a super special occasion.

Happy Friday everyone, the shed is now open!

The weather is going to be hot again over the weekend, so make sure you put bakes in the fridge for an hour or so to ensure they are a melty mess! You'll find these in the shed:
- Made without gluten & dairy choc chunk brownies
- Iced finger buns
- Jammie dodger stuffed cookies
- Lemon meringue blondies
- Millionaires shortbread
- Twix cookie pie

I will be making more brownies, the Freddo millionaires basically sold out before even opening 🤯

They will be available all weekend (Friday 7th - Sunday 9th August or until sold out), you'll find the shed at the end of our back garden at 63 Anglia Way, Great Denham, Beds, MK40 4SD.

As per usual, both cash (unfortunately no change available) and card (via QR code) payments are available, full instructions are inside the shed if you need them.

Every item has a full ingredients list available on it as well, just to keep everybody safe. Please double check the items for any allergens before purchasing ☺️

Paper bags are provided at the bottom of the shed to make it easier for you to take away!
