So turns out NYC cookies don’t like when the weather is 24 degrees, they were melting before they went in the oven and about twice the size they normally are!

One of each cookie has been (happily) sacrificed to be quality control checked and are undeniably soft, slightly chewy and baked to perfection

One is kinder with white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips, and the other magic stars with milk chocolate chips
