Giddy up for a sweet celebration 🐴

This horse cake was the mane attraction at my daughters 5th birthday party and being the second cake she got to eat 🎂

Couldn’t have done it without ❤️. A girl always needs her best friend around when fondant is involved and she neigh-led it ☺️😂

A very big throwback to my birthday last year in September 🙈

I didn’t really fancy a cake and wanted something a bit more fun and also easy for people to dive into, so I went with an OTT blondie, rice Krispy & cookie donut tower 😋

White chocolate blondie base, homemade caramel, white chocolate ganache topped with gold bars, which I think are an elite chocolate bar 😍

Rice Krispy marshmallow base, homemade caramel, a layer of Oreo’s, milk & dark chocolate ganache topped with chunky Oreo crumbs 😍

All decorated in some of my favourite sweet treats ☺️
