Soft pinks, sweet treats and sunshine at yesterday’s beautiful wedding at Tree Top Escape ☀️

This dessert setup included a small semi-naked cake with fresh flowers, white chocolate and raspberry meringue kisses, heart Jammie Dodgers and rich chocolate brownies, all packaged up in the prettiest blush pink boxes for the couple and their guests to enjoy.

Such a lovely summery wedding to be part of! Congratulations to the happy couple 💗

🤍 Wedding Cake Style 🤍

We all have our favourite looks, colours and little details we’re drawn to and that’s what I love most about weddings. Every cake ends up completely different because every couple is.

My style leans towards elegant, timeless designs with a modern feel. I especially love working with clean white/ivory cakes and adding interest through texture - soft draping, bows, subtle details that don’t shout, but still feel really special. I’m always aiming to create something that fits seamlessly into your day, not just a cake, but something that feels part of the whole setting. From smaller, intimate cakes to larger designs, each one is bespoke and designed around you and your plans.

I think I’ve fallen in love with this style of wedding cake 😍

The long table runner cake is such a trend for 2026. Instead of height, it’s all about length… soft, flowing, and designed to sit right through the centre of your table like part of the overall styling rather than just on it.

It feels a bit more relaxed, a bit more modern and I just love how it gives space for all the little details too… fresh flowers, fruit, and texture it becomes less of a single cake and more of a centrepiece that unfolds along the table.

Definitely one for couples wanting something a little different, but still elegant and timeless 🤍

What an amazing weekend at the Salcombe Harbour Hotel☀️

It was such a pleasure to meet some lovely couples and spend the day chatting through their wedding plans and hearing all about the ideas and inspiration behind each day. It was also nice seeing everyone enjoying the samples (and hearing your fabulous feedback too).

Thank you to Grace for inviting me and to all the wonderful suppliers I met: and - so lovely to connect with you all.

Wedding favours, but done properly.

Not something that gets left behind on the table, something your guests actually want to take home (and eat!). Each biscuit is designed to sit seamlessly within your day, from the colours, to the names, initials or little details that make it yours. They can even double up as place settings, which I always think is a lovely touch. Individually wrapped, thoughtfully finished, and made with the same attention to flavour as everything else I create.

It’s a small detail, but one that ties everything together and those are always the ones people remember 🤍

There’s a moment in wedding planning where everything starts to come together… the venue, the flowers, the feeling of the day.

And then the cake gets left slightly behind. Not because it doesn’t matter, but because it’s harder to picture. How it should look, where it should sit, and how it fits into everything else. That’s usually the point my couples come to me - not with a finished design but with a sense of what they want their day to feel like.nFrom there, I guide you through it. Translating those ideas into something cohesive, effortless and beautifully in tune with your setting.

So when you walk into the room, it doesn’t feel like an extra detail you had to figure out…it feels like it was always meant to be there.
