👰🏼🤵🏻Look at the beautiful bride and groom who entrusted me to make my first ever wedding cake! .
Laura and Dewi went for:
12” Victoria sandwich
10” Lemon sponge
8” red velvet + 2 red velvet tray bakes to make sure we had their 130 guests covered!
It was a huge challenge in my little London kitchen but I’m so proud of the result... and guess what! It survived the 30 degree heat wave and the journey to Wales 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Finally getting round to posting this little one made for the gorgeous aka ! I hope Matt loved it! 💙
Inside we have chocolate sponge with cheesecake frosting rippled with salted caramel drizzle - only for those with a sweet tooth!

✏️ Hi all! Sorry for the radio silence but the real job has been rather busy the last couple of months 😅
✈️ I’ve just returned from holiday🏖, incredibly jet lagged but otherwise well rested and ready to get baking - lots in store this week and excited for all the deliveries this morning from to welcome me back to the UK!
