This week i had such a honour in creating a wedding cake, this beautiful patisserie master piece was delivered to a exclusive restaurant in Norwich.

Almond sponge, filled with mascarpone cream and apricot compot, wrapped in flaked almonds and finally adored with fresh fruit.
