Unfortunately, our cake counter will be CLOSED THIS WEEK.

I’m now on maternity leave, alongside staff shortages and some pre-booked annual leave, we’ve made the decision to temporarily close the counter this week.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support during this busy time for us. 🩷

A LITTLE REMINDER …. 🩷 (not my usual type of post so sorry for the long read!)

Just a little reminder that we are not currently accepting any large occasion cake bookings.

This is due to Ellie expecting her baby at any moment! She is the only person who makes our occasion cakes & we really appreciate your understanding while we navigate this exciting time. 🥰🍼

The team is trained & are still accepting orders for your events if you’d like:
🧁 Occasion Cupcakes
🍫 Brownie & Blondie Stacks
🍰 Traybakes
🎀 Graze & Treat Boxes

Please remember that we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for these orders if you’d like something personalised 🫶🏼

And now for the part that really shouldn’t need saying… PLEASE BE KIND TO OUR STAFF.

Staff are here doing their best, they are following the information and instructions they have been given, and they should NOT have to deal with attitude, rudeness or customers taking their frustrations out on them. If we cannot accommodate your request, being rude to a member of staff will not change the answer.

We will always be happy to help, but I will not tolerate rudeness towards any member of my team.

As a small business, we are incredibly grateful for all of our lovely customers who continue to support us, especially while we prepare for baby’s arrival. 👶🏼 Thank you, as always, for your continued support and understanding.

When they cut the cake at the wedding and you immediately go back for 2nds & 3rds but have to hide so you don’t have to share with others….

This video has cracked up laughing from yesterday’s wedding set up! Even makes sure to get rid of the evidence and removes all crumbs and icing from his fingers😂 10/10 for this little lad 🫶🏼

Autumn sunshine is definitely out today, our full cake counter is available ; where everything is made fresh in our kitchen on site 🥰

we also have strawberry or chocolate whippy ice cream! With the choice to have them mixed together if you’d like, tubs or cones available 🤪
