A non refundable deposit of £20 will be require at the time of ordering for items costing more than £50, remaining balance's will be payed on collection or at time of delivery. if deposits are not payed your order will be cancelled. COLLECTION
If collecting the safety of the cake or treats is fully the responsibility of the customer once it has left my premises. This also applies for cakes and treats that are delivered once arrived at your address/ venue. TRANSPORTATION
If transporting the cake it is advised not to hold on you knee, but in the footwell as this is a flat surface. When holding the cakes or treats, hold the box underneath not at the sides as this will damage the cake. the cake should be stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight to prevent swelling and melting
NOTICE
I require 2 weeks notice on cakes for occasions such as, birthdays, christenings, gender reveals, etc. I require 1 weeks notice for treats. PLEASE NOTE
