I’ve been searching for the best American Muffin recipe to make the huge coffee shop muffins you get in the US. As a UK baker it’s often a challenge to convert US recipes but website has cracked it! Easy to navigate and lists both UK and US measurements - and wow - the muffins are superb & exactly what I’ve been looking for. My family and friends have enjoyed my new baking addiction!
