Guess who came to see us this week! We were so happy to finally get .spector over to our Kefir Fermentary in Sussex this week after being featured in his book last year. Tim got to meet our whole grain family and helped us make some batches of kefir! We had a great day and lots of laughs.

Did you know at Ki we make kefir super fresh every week! It’s made to order just for you. The cows are milked every Sunday, this milk then goes into fermentation on Monday, the kefir is then bottled and on your doorstep by Thursday! You cant get more farm to table than that!

“Milk culturing is an art”

We have been fermenting milk for over 8 years, and selling it commercially for 6, so have learnt all the do’s and don’t of kefir making, the art of culturing! Our founder shares her knowledge in our workshops, and brings your the confidence to make your own kefir. If this is something you fancy turning your hand to, the why not join us.
