Based on the beautiful island of Anglesey, North Wales, we are an International Award winning small company where we offer bespoke delicious hand baked and decorated cakes made with love and care using the finest ingredients possible. Located on Anglesey but covering the whole of North Wales, we are an International Award winning business and our work has also been featured in many publications. Wedi cael y fraint o wneud teisan arbennig iawn wythnos yma i ddathlu penblwydd arbennig yn 90oed I fy annwyl gyn athrawes ysgol Gynradd Rhosybol sef Mair Williams.

Teisan wedi pheintio mewn thema Mynydd Parys, sef y cwt injan a'r simdde sydd ochr Cerrig Mân, wrth ymyl ardal Cerrig Bleiddiau lle'r oedd Mrs Williams yn aros dipyn hefo'i Nain yn Tŷ Lawr.
Nid yn unig hyn ond mae hi'n berthyn i mi hefyd.

Penblwydd hapus iawn I chi Mrs Williams, mae gen I feddwl y byd ohonoch. ♥️



I had the immense privilege this week of creating an extremely special cake to celebrate my former very dear teacher, Mair Williams at Rhosybol Primary Schools who celebrated her 90th birthday.

The cake was painted in a Mynydd Parys theme, the old engine shed and chimney which is on the Cerrig Mân side of the mountain, which hold a lot of memories for Mrs Williams as she used to stay at Tŷ Lawr with her Grandmother in the Cerrig Bleiddiau area.
Not only this, but she’s related to me as well.

Wishing you a very happy birthday Mrs Williams, I think the world of you. ♥️

They chose a 3 tier buttercream cake with a hoop framing the cake which was decorated in beautiful fresh flowrrs by Carol from flowers - Wedding venue & dressing hire.

The couple chose a buttercream cake in Lambeth style with hand piped buttercream. Thank you for being part of your special day!

A dyma'r ail deisan briodas o'r penwythnos.
Cwpl arbennig arall, Ceri ac Asa ar ddathliad eu priodas ym Bron Eifion Wedding Venue .
Addurniad stenslo royal icing ar gefndir lliw champagne, gyda rhosod a eucalyptus wedi gwneud o siwgr. Ac wrth gwrs, heb anghofio eu cŵn Cybi a Mac, sydd wedi eu peintio ar y deisan ac yn cuddio o dan yr eucalyptus! Llongyfarchiadau mawr i Ceri ac Asa!

And here's the second wedding cake of the weekend! Another special couple, Ceri and Asa on celebrating their wedding g at Bron Eifion Wedding Venue.
The cake was similar to champagne in colour, with a floral stencil in royal icing, together with roses and eucalyptus made of sugar. Of course not forgetting their 2 dogs, Cybi and Mac, making their painted appearance on the cake hiding under some eucalyptus! Congratulations to Ceri and Asa!
