Morning everyone.

Annoyingly everything is taking soooooo much longer than expected.

We now have to wait for a UV light to be installed for our water (even though it’s come back as safe and just a recommendation to have done) but EHO want proof of installation before we can go ahead.

I know of course it’s the best thing to do , but it’s all extra cost. The farmstand was to help us generate more money for our wedding In July and so far it’s just been paying out… but you lovely lot will just have to show up when we officially open!

Hopefully just a couple more weeks.

Ideally I would love to be open for Easter weekend so fingers crossed!!!

Anyway lots of love to you all and I’ll keep you posted!

UPDATE!

so I’ve been busy painting the shed and trying to make it look all nice and pretty…. But … It was freezing in the shade and now I’ve come down with an almighty cold!

So today and tomorrow calls for admin days and I might be able to get some of the packaging designed.

Stil finalising opening week and menu!

What would we 100% like to see!

Our shed has arrived!! Woohoo!

Now to re felt her, and paint her and make her pretty!!

Water sample is back. Just need EHO approval and we can set a date!!! Wooohoo!

Exciting update!

We are picking up our second hand shed this Saturday! Then we have around 2 ish weeks to paint it and get it ready for opening!! Woohoo

I’ll announce our opening date as soon as I know ❤️

Valentines mystery boxes this weekend for honest feedback!

Will be a selection of recipes that I am currently trialling but will be themed for valentines so you can use it as a nice treat with the family or other half!

Message for further details. Our last mystery boxes were a massive hit!

We are one step closer to opening officially and will keep you all updated! How exciting!!

FARMSTAND UPDATE!

Our official opening has been delayed.

We have to wait until the water results come back and EHO manage to come out so we are still looking at an additional 4 weeks.

Although that puts us behind schedule by 3 weeks I’m hoping it means we can open on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of March!

I will be doing 2 taster boxes before then to finalise recipes!

We had absolutely amazing feedback on the last one!

What shall I do in the next one? Valentines theme? Pancake day theme?

Let me know..

Either way we are one step closer to opening the micro bakery / farm stand!

Can’t wait! Xx
