A three-tier raspberry cake, one of our most loved flavours from the menu and a timeless favourite with couples, coated in smooth Belgian chocolate ganache and decorated to reflect the couple’s love story. 🗽💫

When A. reached out to me, he wanted something truly special for his wife’s 60th birthday, and it had to stay a complete surprise. ✨
He shared how much she adores nature, flowers, birds, and her beloved dog. With these beautiful details, I set out to create a design that would capture her world in sugar. 🌿🐦🌸
The result is “Whispers of Nature”, a cake that celebrates her love of the natural world.
Every element, from the textured blossoms to the little birds, was crafted to tell her story.
A heartfelt secret gift from a husband to his wife. 💛

This soft blush and white floral wedding cake might be one of my favourites this season.

A delicate palette of sugar roses, David Austin-style blooms, and sweet peas, thoughtfully arranged against a clean, modern silhouette, it felt like poetry in cake form.

When I looked at it, the name Romance came to mind, and I called it that for a reason. With its airy florals and gentle palette, it evokes love, softness, and timeless elegance, the kind of beauty that quietly inspires romance in every detail.
