Hey Guys! Hope you’re all well! I’ve just finished producing this wee number for the nurses and staff in my wife’s work and thought I’d post it here just to highlight that tomorrow is International Nurses Day!

I think we can all agree these guys are absolute heroes and I’m more than happy to do a little something to show a bit of gratitude! Thank you for everything you do for our families ❤️

Had a bit of a different request for this weekend but I’m always happy to accommodate if I can! Ben wanted an afternoon tea for Adams birthday and gave me free reign to come up with some thing, the only stipulation was chocolate dipped strawberries! If I’m being honest these type of orders are both my favourite and my most stressful because I worry If people will be happy with the order but I do appreciate the free reign to put some thought and love into it. For this one I knew that Ben was going for a pink theme as Adam is a huge Trixie Mattel fan and as a drag race fan I was fully on board!!

Apart from the strawberries, I went with:

⭐️ Sandwiches
⭐️ Home made sausage rolls
⭐️ Grazing box accompanied by home made bread (new to me but been trying it in the air fryer and I highly recommend!)
⭐️ Victoria sponges with cream and Jam filling
⭐️ Strawberries and cream cake
⭐️ Salted caramel shortbread

Birthday box ✌️ been a wee while since I done one of these and as always tried some stuff I haven’t done before as well as some classics!

My first time experimenting with fondant lettering and Edible sprays! I’m quite happy with the outcome!

New additions were cupcakes for one, it’s something I have avoided but watch this space going forward 👀 I love the dark contrast against the Rose Gold on the cupcakes
Other new addition was Ferrero Rocher Brownie :)

Hey Guys

Got some rubbish news about the Christmas boxes/availability. I was due to get surgery today to fix my foot, anyone who knows me personally will know I had surgery to try and fix it back in March but it’s never got any better so I’ve been managing the pain on it for a while. I was due to have a second surgery today which would have had me relatively ok for Christmas but it’s now been pushed back to the 17th so I’m not going to be able to do what I had planned for Christmas.

I hate letting people down and I’ve tried work out how I could make it work but unfortunately there’s no way and I definitely wouldn’t want to run the risk of disappointing people a couple of days before Christmas. I can only apologise and if I see anything similar to the boxes that I was doing I’ll let you all know!!!

Better pictures of the Mince Pie Brownies! So far we have two items decided for the Christmas boxes. I’m hoping by the weekend we’ll have a fuller picture of what it looks like but these are honestly 🔥

Evening guys 👋

Looking for some opinions cause I genuinely can’t decide the route to go down!!

For the Christmas boxes there HAS to be a hot chocolate element or is it even Christmas?! These are obviously not fine tuned at all they are just concepts but please please let me know the idea you prefer!! It’s hard to get good pics of them all in one go but they will all have chocolate, marshmallows, maybe some fudge bits etc :)
