More caramel...not Vegan this time. I make different types of caramel...all with different methods and ingredients. This particular one is so so rich...too rich (I feel) on its own, but once you add it to cake batter something amazing happens😍 In this case it will be added to banana cake batter ...tomorrow now😴... and possibly topped with a caramel frosting and chocolate ganache. Haven't quite decided🀷 😈
