Tomorrow is the coffee morning and we've been working hard to get everything ready. Happily we will have some mini apple pies and we hope to see you there!

We are pleased to say that we have been invited to have a stall at the Audiology Volunteer Support Service coffee morning next Saturday 17th October from 10am-12pm. It will be held at The Old People's Club, Abergele, Church Walks. We will be there with a variety of freshly baked goods:

Mini apple pies
Bakewell cake
Victoria sponge cake
Lemon drizzle traybake
Lemon traybake with buttercream
Brownies
Bara brith

It's our third Squirrelversary today! The very first cake that I ever made by myself was a lemon drizzle traybake, so it seems like the right bake to mark the occasion. It's still one of our favourite cakes and we're looking forward to having a piece with a cup of tea later.

The Welsh Squirrel Bakery is now taking orders for our homemade traditional Christmas cakes full of festive flavours, plenty of brandy and decorated with a layer of marzipan, fondant and seasonal fondant decorations.

Vegan Christmas cakes are also available to order.

Christmas cakes were very popular last year so we are now planning ahead to ensure they have lots of time to mature and be at their best for Christmas.

Please note that we have limited availability. We've worked hard to keep prices the same as last year.

We are a small, local, home bakery which is fully registered and insured with a 5 star hygiene rating. All bakes are freshly made to order and use quality ingredients.
