Hey, It's been a while!
I have BIG exciting news...after some thought, I've decided to return to creating wedding cakes.
Recently I was helping one of my friends who is also a cake designer and it made me realise how much I really miss it.
I will be relaunching soon and will be opening my diary for any weddingsthat are happening this year and in 2027.

I can't wait to get started again as I've really missed designing and creating wedding cakes... I've been baking lots for fun recently and will be great to be back in the swing of it all.

I am having a little bit of an issue with my FB page as I can't get any messages and have limited access so I may need to start a new page and lose all my years of hard work to build my following but I will keep you all updated. Hopefully you will all join me on my new page 🤞🏻

It’s been some time since my last post so I wanted to give you an official update.

After 16 years of making cakes with 11 of those running my business, it’s time to hang up my apron & pack away my rolling pin!

It’s been amazing time in my life running my business and getting to be creative each day but unfortunately due to the repetitive nature of cake making it’s no longer in my best interest to continue this career as each cake I make causes me so much pain and I need to put my health first.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and helped my business be successful over the years. It was a scary decision to open up on my own 11 years ago but your support from the very beginning blew me away.

I’m going to miss all my regular customers, making cakes for your loved ones and being apart of your celebrations each year has been a privilege. Getting to know you all and seeing your family grow over time has been amazing.

To all my couples who choose me as their wedding cake designer, thank you so much ❤️
Breaking into the wedding industry was the best decision I’ve ever made as it’s lead me to launch my wedding styling business White Wedding Co which I’m so happy and passionate about.

I’m happy to recommend other local cake makers in our area who are incredibly talented so please show them the support that you have for me over the years especially in this current economic climate. We have a lovely friendly local cake supplier community which supports each other which I’ll miss being apart of but I’ll still visit them to get some of their tasty cakes now that I won’t be making them!

I’ll leave you with some of my favourite cakes over the years. Each one I’ve loved doing… some challenged my skills & patience but worth all the effort when you see your customers reactions.

Evening everyone,
Just a wee note to say that I’ll be taking a couple of weeks off to recover as I’m going in for a small operation tomorrow.

This pretty design was our most popular cake at last weekend’s exhibition. There was so much love for the simplicity of the design, a little bit of decor but not too much!

When I was chatting to so many couples at your wedding exhibition last weekend so many people were shocked that I have 2023/2024 bookings already!
I do only ask for 4 months notice however lots of people are super organised and have booked their dates already… Especially the busy wedding season months so it’s never too early to book the suppliers that you 100% want to be apart of your day!
