FRUITY LEMON ROLL 🍋🍓🍇🥝 - our little attempt to hold on to Finnish summer for just a little longer

August marks the time when summer is slowly coming to an end, but it also means some fruits are finally at their ripest, sweetest, and juiciest.

We picked the ones we love most and paired them with the bright, citrusy freshness of lemon zest, trying to capture a little bit of summer in one bite.

CHANH MUỐI - Salted lime soda 🇻🇳🍋

Back in April, Thanh prepared a small batch of chanh muối, preserving fresh limes in salted water and letting sunshine and time do the rest.

Four months later, they’re finally ready! Starting from this Wednesday, we’ll be serving our house made Chanh Muối in limited quantities, only while this batch lasts!

Whether it’s a taste of home or your very first glass, we’d love to share this little piece of Vietnamese summer with you 🤍
