Snacks & Quick Bites

Our Bacon is a special pork loin dry cured on the premises, sliced cooked on the griddle, served with our homemade baguettes, rolls or if you prefer as a sandwich we will cater to your needs.

A firm favourite is fresh chicken fillets served in salads, baguette or panini. Spainish customers love a Completo de Pollo - the full works, Chicken, bacon, cheese, tomato or even adding an egg. We offer chicken burgers, coronation chicken or a breaded escalope and lots more.

Traditional favourites are tostada’s tuna and tomato or just with jams or cheese. Scrambled, poached or fried eggs on toast are also very popular.

If you’re busy and need a “grab and go” why not use our takeaway service.

With our holidays fast approaching (31st July until 17th Aug) Don’t forget your bread, Pies and pasties orders to stock up your freezer.

Bread & Pies

All our bread and pie products are handmade on our premises. A top favourite is Sourdough made using a fermented mixture of flour and water instead of commercial yeast. It relies on traditional method to rise, resulting in a tangy loaf that is often easier to digest.

Our products are ideal for freezing and can be preordered or selected from our counter displays. Why not place an order and stock up, allowing you to continue enjoying our homemade favourites during our summer holiday.

Casa McMillan update

Many of you will already know that “Pick & Pay” have closed their Fortuna branch, but they continue to trade in Guardamar and we wish them all the very best.

For Casa McMillan, this change has given us a great opportunity to expand our dining area and create something new for the Fortuna community and surrounding areas.

We have plenty of ideas in the pipeline, but don’t worry, we won’t be hosting bingo, karaoke, or quizzes there are already some fantastic venues doing that!

Instead, we’re excited to announce that after our Summer break we will be introducing new monthly events.

For now we need to take our summer holiday closing on the 31st July Reopening refreshed on Monday 17th August.

We will publish more details of our new ventures over the coming weeks. Thank you all for your custom and continued support.
