This special day has been celebrated since 1998 - when UNESCO declared it an International Day of Importance thanks to its significance in human history. Every year, millions of olives are consumed around the world - the one and only ingredient of our high-quality EVOOs. Spread the word and help encourage the protection of this important tree and the values it embodies.
