I couldn’t cut this one for you guys to show you what it looks like inside, but this carrot cake with cream cheese frosting (it has a secret ingredient and my husband loves it!) was our first delivery! 🥕

Hello friends! 👋🏼 My name is Valerie, I’m from Vienna (Austria) and I live in Barcelona. All things baking, pastries and cakes have been my favorite way to fill any extra time and hungry tummies ever since my internship in Cafe Central Vienna 🎂 Since a year I’ve been picking up again and I’d love to make the cake for your special occasion! This is one of the first cakes I made experimenting with fondant. It’s called Flower Power 🌺 and is made with a lemon yoghurt base and some pink butter cream 💖 It was for little Maria’s 7th birthday!

Me llamo Valerie, soy de Vienna y hace un año me mudé a Barcelona. Tartas y pasteles han sido la manera preferida de llenar tiempo libre y barrigas vacías 😋 desde que he cumplido mis prácticas en el Café Central de Viena. Hace un año he retomado mi pastelería privada y me gustaría hacer el pastel para tu ocasión especial! Este pastel se llamaTarta Hawaii. 🌺 El bizcocho es de limón y yogur y la tarta lleva crema de mantequilla rosa 💖 para la pequeña María que cumplí 7 años!
