Here goes - flour, water, salt. That's it. Seriously.
We use organic flour, from 's locally grown and milled wheat and rye grains. The dough is slowly fermented for a wonderful deep flavour and to squeeze every bit of nutritious goodness from the grain. Come and taste one of our delicious sandwiches or grab a whole loaf to take home with you - it stays fresh for days and days!
