Restaurant Chze Vrony ()

We followed the TripAdvisor and it is listed in a Michelin guide.

You need to take a train to Sunnega and then small hiking to the restaurant.

The food is ok. From all we ordered, we like Flammkuchen most. Although a bit wonder why they are no.1 in TripAdvisor.

If you filtered TripAdvisor for lower rating reviewers for this restaurant, you will see people complaining about service.

Sorry to say but could not agree more. The service is unfriendly and no services mind.

For example, we asked them whether we could change table, they said we needed to ask their boss not them. Seriously, how could I know who is you boss? You should ask your boss and tell us, don‘t you?

Rinderrouladen - สตูเนื้อม้วน (ที่เราไม่ได้ม้วน 😅)

I think this dish is somehow mixed cuisine among German-Polish-Hungarian 🤔 (I am not sure.)

This dish consists of onion, bacon, mustard and pickles. Normally these ingredients are wrapped in the sliced of meat.

The cut we got (online) was not in the shape we can roll. Hence, we decided to put in layers.

Then you put the stock and wine. We used dutch oven and put in oven at 180c for 3 hours.

(Inspired by) Korean Cold Noodle - บะหมี่เย็นเกาหลี

There is a series in called Korean Cold Noodle Rhapsody.

While watching, we were so craving for cold noodle badly!

I cooked Korean potato noodle, mixed soup base and put in fridge before serving.

Very refreshing in a hot day.

(Another recipe to use Korean ingredients from .fan 😉)

Bacon - Shiso Fried Rice - ข้าวผัดเบคอนใบงา

We bought Shiso leaves for eating with grilled beef. The leftover had to be used!

Simple fried rice with Shiso leaves. If you are vegetarian, just don’t put bacon. The seasonings are only soy sauce and mushroom sauce (veg. version from oyster sauce)

You can add butter at the end for the buttery smell. If you put the the beginning, butter will burn 🙃

This is my first time baking GF bread without using GF bread mixing.

The recipe is from book (Genial glutenfrie Backen) 🥰🥰

This is perfect! Easy to follow, easy to find alternative. Amazing 🤩 Love this book!

Not sure that I am so extremely excited about baking or more about my new dutch oven from 🤣🤣🤣

Ps. I don’t think i will cook for a couple of days because I had my 2nd jab today and my left arm is super heavy now 😖

Bulgogi-Don with eggs - ข้าวหน้าหมู/เนื้อ

We had marinated bulgogi beef/pork leftover from BBQ. No need any extra taste adjustment, just simple pan fried and I added eggs at the end.

We prefer cooked eggs.

Bulgogi can use in man ways 😆

Soooo good!!!! That is all I can say 🤤🤤🤤🤤 If you don’t have any other ingredients, just marinate beef with bulgogi sauce is enough.

Recipe how I marinated is in VDO 😉

(Gluten-free) Okra with spices and noodle (inspired by Bhindi Masala) - สปาเกตตี้กระเจี๊ยบผัดเครื่องเทศ

I am able to eat okra because of this dish! I had always been skeptical of okra because it is so slimy 🤢

This dish changed my mind! I like it!!!

Normally, in India restaurants, they serve with rice but I did not cook rice in advance so I put noodle in. (My fusion food as usual)
