Hello, dear friends. I wanted to announce, that I won't be baking anymore.

It wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s time for me to close this chapter.

I’m deeply grateful to every one of you who trusted me, supported me, and enjoyed my desserts over the years 💗

Thank you for letting me be part of your special moments.

Life is taking me in a new direction, and I’m moving forward with gratitude and hope 😌

* Bright sour cherry filling with notes of cloves and cinnamon.

It's been a long, long time since I posted anything, so here's the quick shot of Esterhazy cake for you 🤍

* Almond meringue layers with walnuts,
* Vanilla custard cream,
* Sour apricot jam,
* White chocolate ganache.

Tender, light, moist and a bit crunchy, the best choice for those, who doesn't like 'heavy' sponge cakes 😌
