Good morning 🌞

Easter is coming and its finally time to bake the Tsourekia!

A traditional Greek Easter bread full of rich flavours from the two aromatic spices added in the dough. Mastic and mahleb , giving it its characteristic smell and taste.
Symbolising the Holy Trinity with its shape of three braids, this bread contains a soft, fluffy interior with a beautiful golden brown semi-soft crust and stringy texture.
When baked, these intense aromas bring back all those beautiful childhood memories.
