We thought of naming it Zacharotechniki Machie, after the owner’s name Machie and her technique in decorating cakes using sugar. We specialize in decorating birthday and christening cakes as well as anniversary, special occasion and novelty cakes. We also use flowers and/or figures made out of sugar to decorate wedding cakes. We decorate brownies, cup-cakes, and biscuits etc, using sugar paste. Th

ere is a wide variety of fillings and, of course, countless designs the customer can choose from. We always aim to bring to life anything you have ever imagined!
