U Demo centru PIP Food Group na Čeneju održan je prvi kurs Akademije „Umetnost pekarstva“ posvećen savremenom poslastičarstvu, realizovan u saradnji sa kompanijom Barry Callebaut. 🍫🍰
Pod vođstvom Krsta Radovića, poznatog poslastičara, zvaničnog prezentera kompanije Barry Callebaut i vlasnika Mandarina Cake Shop-a, učesnici su kroz teorijski i praktičan rad upoznali karakteristike vrhunskih čokolada, proces temperiranja, izradu dekoracija i primenu čokolade u modernom poslastičarstvu.
Od laganih voćnih deserata do raskošnih čokoladnih torti i tartova, kurs je pokazao kako se kvalitetne sirovine, savremene tehnike i kreativnost mogu spojiti u proizvode koji odgovaraju zahtevima današnjih potrošača.

The first Art of Baking Academy course dedicated to modern pastry making was held at the PIP Food Group Demo Center in Čenej, in cooperation with Barry Callebaut. 🍫🍰
Led by Krsto Radović, renowned pastry chef, official Barry Callebaut presenter, and owner of Mandarina Cake Shop, participants explored the characteristics of premium chocolate, the tempering process, chocolate decoration techniques, and the application of chocolate in contemporary pastry production through both theoretical and hands-on sessions.
From light fruit desserts to indulgent chocolate cakes and tarts, the course demonstrated how high-quality ingredients, modern techniques, and creativity can be combined to create products that meet the expectations of today’s consumers.
