Two way for silicone rubber mold making: Brushing & Pouring
Mold making by brushing method:
1.Preparing all the tools：cutter、brush、board
2.Fixed the original model, and brush the release agent on it
3.Weighing part A and part B according to the mixing ratio, mixing them evenly
4.Put the silicone mixture into the vacuum machine, vacuumize it until -0.1Mpa
5.Brushing the silicone mixture onto the original model, repeat brushing 3 times, then wait it curing
6.After the silicone is cured, brushing some vaseline on it, to make silicone sofety and then easy to demold
7.Cut a gap on the silicone, and taking off the silicone mold
Mold making by pouring method:
1.Preparing the tools: boards, glue, cutter
2.Fixed the original model on a board, brush the release agent on it evenly
3.Using several boards surround the model, keep the distance between model and boards 5mm
4.Weighing part A and part B according to the mixing ratio, mixing them evenly
(Attention: for addition silicone rubber, keeping the tools and container clean is very important, any impurity will effect the silicone curing)
5.Put the silicone mixture into the vacuum machine, vacuumize it until -0.1Mpa
6.Pouring silicone mixture on the original model
7.Waiting for the silicone completely cured, remove the boards, take out the silicone mold. The mold can be used after 24 hours
