MOIST COCONUT CAKE
*125gr margarine
*1&1/2 cup sugar
*3&1/4 cup flour
*1 cup desiccated coconut
*6 egg white
*1&1/2 butter milk
*1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder
*1/2 teaspoon salt
PROCEDURE
cream your margarine, oil & sugar untill smooth and fluffy,beat in coconut flavor and egg white for
minutes till smooth add in the coconut milk & buttermilk untill it's well combined
Lastly sieve in the flour,baking soda,salt,desiccated coconut & combine together
Preheat oven,grease your baking pan & share into 3 different backing tin of 6 inches each bake untill you insert a skewer and it comes out clean. Please like follow and share for more thanks.
