WE'RE OPENING OUR 3RD LOCATION! 🥹❤️

After months of rigorous planning, building, and permit pulling, we're so excited to announce that we're opening our St. Vital location right before Christmas!!! (On the 17th.) This year marked 20 years that our family has owned the Cottage Bakery and we are blessed to be able to serve South East Winnipeg in this new chapter. We love you all so much and could not be more proud to be of service to you. ❤️

This video was very emotional for me to make. The two years that Lynda spent with us were some of the most transformative, crucial, and volatile times. We went from having 18 staff members to 45 over night. We went from 1 to 2 stores. And I ended up having 2 moms at work 😂❤️. Lynda was a glue that held everything together. The team had found a mom. The weekday regulars had found a friend. My mom and dad had found a new bestie. And I had found a mentor who guided me through the million hoops to jump through in this new challenge. We will forever be grateful for all the times you drove back to help with a rush, or filled in for someone sick, or handled a situation properly in a way that we could all learn from. Thanks for everything ❤️

We were super lucky to have the wonderful play Cello for our guests today at lunchtime in our North Kildonan location and had CTV News come by to share it with Winnipeg!!! Happy international Cello festival and shoutout our guy Kris!!
