Jam for DAYS! Last year I made strawberry jam with waaay less sugar then the recipe called for and I so regret doing that because if it is in the fridge for more then a week it started fermenting!! 😭🥴 such a hard, expensive lesson learnt!! So I had to made it again this year because I couldn’t eat last years. 🤑😢
