TODAYS fresh mega - hazelnut heavenly hash (but I do have classic walnut chip and a few others in the freezer) - I won’t have more fresh classic until I pick up more coconut sugar choc chips on Tuesday.

Thank you Virginia & Sean of Annie’s Seafood for bringing me a restock of their Onion Rings & Chicken Poppers yesterday!! 🙌🏻🫶

They’re unpacked & in my front freezer for Thursday (when the bakery is open next)

‼️ Bit of an update: they are not wholesaling their battered fish or cheese sticks for a month or two, and they work through supply/cost issues. Stay tuned.

But in the meantime, we have their gf onion rings, chicken poppers, battered mushrooms, and breaded shrimp.

Emily is coming to help me all day, to run pints of our vegan vanilla soft serve for the upcoming Town of LaSalle Strawberry Festival!! They reached out and preordered a bunch, and plan to put our logo on the sign so people know there is a vegan option this year (we’ve done it the last few years but you had to ask).

Anywho, I won’t have sundae topping, but feel free to come by for a cup of fresh vanilla soft serve today.

‼️I have run out of our coconut sugar chocolate chips (that we use in the classic mega cookies, all our paleo chocolate chip cookies, triple chocolate brownies, broke brownies, etc). I am attempting to coordinate a restock for my huge Jun 9 restock in Toronto.

In the meantime, I’ve shifted to making more turtle brownies, and pecan pie blondies. And if Jun 9 does not happen (if Healthy Crunch doesn’t have stock for a while, like last year, I’ll introduce some replacement flavours that don’t use chocolate chips OR I can temporarily shift to cane-sugar choc chips & will label each affected item so you know).
