🍂🗓️SEPT HOURS

Next week is Sept, so here’s my calendar for the upcoming month. I will be heading to the GTA again on Tues Sept 15 for restocks of:

* L’Artisan Delices
* Riz GF
* Newtons No Gluten
* The Bread Essentials
* Boon Bakery

And will have it all unpacked and available for Thurs Sept 17. 🚛📦

🚨✈️ But then am CLOSED Sept 24-26 (for my annual “go visit my friend & I like to be away for my birthday” trip. So please come stock up Thurs 17-Sat 19, so you don’t miss me.

**SOLD OUT - yesterday’s white choc mac sold out so today we have a new second flavour:

Blueberry Almondine Crumble Mega Cookie

Almond blueberry cookie, stuffed with blueberry almond cream, topped with an oat-almond crumble.

**on the cleaner side, but has oats & chickpea flour**

INGREDIENTS

FATS: Coconut oil, red palm fruit oil, eggs
SUGARS: Coconut sugar, maple syrup, blueberries, orange juice
FLOURS/GRAINS: sorghum flour, millet flour, sprouted organic gluten free oats, tapioca flour, almond flour, coconut flour, chickpea flour, fava bean flour,

I cancelled my bakery phone 🤷📞⬇️

For the last 8 months, I have been running my bakery completely myself and at times I was feeling overwhelmed - trying to make bagels or pretzels (highly time sensitive recipes), while also serving customers, and answering the phone (and DMs, and IMs and emails/contact forms on my website).

I was stressed out, my nervous system was so jumpy, and things had to change.

So I cancelled my phone line. Now I can focus on my customers when I’m open, and focus on my work/prep without interruption when I’m closed. It felt scary at first. But it turned out to be one of the best business decisions I’ve made.

To quote a different customer “No offence but your business is not life or death. You don’t need to run to answer the phone if you’re busy”.

White Choc Crispy Macadamia MEGA dough balls going in the freezer in prep for this Thurs

Packed with Healthy Crunch vegan white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and some organic crispy rice for extra crunch.
