Something a little different for C.A.K.E this summer.

On June 30th, I’ll be stepping out of the kitchen and hosting a cheesecake workshop as part of Dishplay’s Best of Durham Cooking Series.

We’ll talk a little cheesecake history, some tricks of the trade, and a few of the details that make the difference between a good cheesecake and a great one.

And of course… there will be cheesecake!
