BLONDIE CROISSANTS FOR ALBINISM !!
Last year, thanks to your incredible support, we raised over $4,000 to help children who are navigating vision loss gain access to early intervention services.
This year, we’re doing it again in honour of our son, Harvey, who was born with ocular albinism, a genetic condition that affects pigmentation and causes low vision. Harvey’s journey has shown us just how important the right tools can be for helping children navigate school, home, and everyday life with confidence.
June 13 is International Albinism Awareness Day so from June 12–14, our limited-edition Blondie Croissants will be available at participating locations throughout our communities!
100% of profits will be donated to to help provide vision aids and accessibility tools for children with vision loss, including:
• Magnifiers
• Task lighting
• Reading guides
• Large-print and tactile learning materials
• Classroom accessibility tools
• Accessibility technology
• Low vision sports equipment
• White canes and mobility resources
Participating Locations:
🧑🦯➡️The Pie Bar (Westport) — Friday, June 12. Pre-order online for pickup at The Pie Bar or pop in on June 12. Pre-order only for The Pie Bar location.
