🇮🇸 OUT OF THE OFFICE THIS WEEK! 🇮🇸

15 years of marriage, 5 kids, and apparently all it takes to get us on a romantic getaway is the promise of an Icelandic hot dog! 🌭😂

We’ve escaped to Iceland to celebrate our 15th anniversary, and WOW… what an absolutely breathtaking country! I can’t wait to share more of our adventures (and probably an unreasonable number of photos)!

For now, the bakery will be CLOSED tomorrow (Friday), but we’ll be back to our regularly scheduled flour-covered chaos next week!

Thank you for your patience while we enjoy our first proper kid-free holiday in a VERY long time. Just two adults, zero snack requests, and nobody yelling “MOMMA!”

It’s time to PIE HARD this Thanksgiving Season, and we are here to help!! Thanksgiving Pie orders are now LIVE!

Thanksgiving is basically my origin story. Before croissants, cruffins, and fancy French layers, it was me and my pies. My French rolling pin, pastry cutter, and the smell of butter baking into flaky crusts was all I needed. Thanksgiving brings me back to my baking roots.

This year’s flavours are giving main character energy:
- Pumpkin Butterscotch (with Pepita Streusel add-on)
- Salty Honey
- Salted Caramel Apple
- Blushing Apple
- Meyer Lemon Honey
- Toasted Marshmallow Butterscotch
- Sweet Pumpkin, Tahini & Walnut
- Chocolate Bottom Pecan
- Maple Buttermilk Chess

Pick-up: Saturday, October 10 from 10 am - 1 pm at the Pie Bar: 9277 County Rd. 42, Westport

Dolly said it best ❤️ Sometimes the biggest risk isn’t failing. It’s being so afraid to lose that you never give yourself the chance to win.
