{ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT } As some of you already know by now, due to personal circumstances beyond my control, I have had to make the very difficult decision to close my business this month. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my current and previous customers for supporting me throughout the past 2 years. I have enjoyed meeting all of you and cannot put into words how much I appreciate your support from the day I started. I never imagined that my little dream would flourish into what it has become and am saddened that I am not able to continue moving forwards with it at this time. I do hope in the future I am able to re-open the doors and bring my edible creations back into your homes and businesses. Thank you again and goodbye for now. Nicole xx

My favourite cake of the week - Sonic the Hedgehog! I was a bit of a Sonic fan as a kid ;)
Cake: Vanilla butter cake.
Filling: Vanilla buttercream.
Finish: Vanilla buttercream and fondant.
All decorations (apart from Sonic) hand made and edible.

Frangipani cupcakes for a 50th birthday. Rosalie loved the cupcake tower I made back in January for David and Geraldine's wedding, and asked if I could do something similar in pale pink and green. This is what I came up with. There were 24 cupcakes, plus 48 matching mini cupcakes, which I will post a photo of shortly.
Cupcakes: Vanilla with vanilla buttercream.
Toppers: Hand made from fondant.
