Magic Bars: Graham cracker crust, chocolate, coconut, Pecans, all held together with a gooey topping. You can find these at the Vanderhoof Farmers market tomorrow June 17th, at the Nightingale Coffee Trailer.

I'm Back!!!
My family has moved to our new place and the kitchen is set up and ready to be baking! You will find us at the Vanderhoof Farmers Market.
I will be set up with Nightingale Coffee. Grab a coffee and a treat and enjoy the market!

But don't worry....I'm not going far!! All this means for you is that I am not baking for a few weeks and there will be a new pick-up location.

I will not be filling orders until we are settled into the new place and my new kitchen is set up and ready to go! I am planning to open orders back up in June!

Excited to see you this summer for all things sweet!!

The Lightning McQueen Cake!
My son recently turned 5, and requested a Lightning McQueen Cake. This one was so fun to make!
It was a chocolate cake with caramel filling and Cream Cheese Icing.

These cuties were ordered for a ladies tea party, the perfect treat to add to a special event!

This cake has quickly become the new favorite! With the broiled almond amd coconut icing and two layers of light sponge cake it truly is delicious!

This will be the last "Company is Coming! I need dessert..." until June. (This cake freezes super well, so order an extra one to pop in the freezer for when the cravings hit!!)

I'm busy getting all the Easter buttermints ready for pick-up next week, and busy with some very exciting things!

Going back to a classic, but make it better!
My new Browned Butter, Salted Chocolate chip cookie recipe is sure to satisfy those cookie cravings!
