My name is Kimberley. I came to you a few years ago with my daughter's Tiger and you gave him so much TLC. You cleaned him, restuffed and sewed him with love.

Unfortunately, one of the stitches is coming undone and my daughter is mortified her tiger is on his death bed. I was curious if this is something you might be able to fix with your amazing talents? ?

My name is Eisen and I am writing this letter to request a repair for my long time teddy bear.

I was browsing through the internet for any stuffy toy repair shop when I came across your website online. My teddy bear is in desperate need of Cataract replacement as you can see from the photos I have attached below and a spa treatment. I would love to book an appointment and briefly meet in person.

I have a stuffed monkey from my childhood and I’m looking for someone to sew him a new body. The fabric that makes him up now is very worn. I don’t mind if the new fabric is just sewn right over top of the old fabric. I am wondering if you do such things or if you could recommend someone who does? I’ve attached a photo of him as he is now, sorry I don’t have one of him in his original state. Thank you! Joanne

Hi Zhenhua, Your dinosaur is ready to go home. He has his spa treatment, grooming & a bit more stuffing. Grooming has fluffed his fur up a bit but most of his long fur has been loved away. What’s left is his short under fur coat.

I would like to know if you could fill a handmade crochet stuffed animal? They have given one to my daughter. Recently my mother made it but as she came with her on the plane she could not fill it up. Or if you knew where to do it I would appreciate it.

Rebekah’s favorite ❤️ stuffies were burned in a house fire! She had to wait several months before she could get them from her house. They’d been water logged & gotten mouldy. They were a huge mess but we successfully cleaned them all.
