It started with a simple question behind the counter: what if our favourite bakes from the display case could be sipped? ☕️🤩

So we got whipping! House-made syrups + cold foam inspired by three Purebread favourites. Tested (& taste-tested) until perfected…just in time for International Coffee Day, meet our fall whipped coffee lineup:

Meet our Courgette & Hot Honey Loaded Focaccia 🌶️🍯

Our focaccia is baked fresh every morning until it's golden and crisp on the edges, then layered with seasoned ricotta, ribbons of shaved courgette & good olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. A drizzle of hot honey on top sinks into every dimple so each bite is creamy, fresh, a little sweet, and a little spicy. It's the one you'll keep thinking about long after lunch 🤭
