Coming out of social media hiatus to share this cutie 💓
This cake was worth the struggles- I had to remake the layers 3 times (!!) -always remember to parchment your pans 😅.
With all the components it's been the most satisfying to finish. It's the strangest icing I've ever made but somehow it works, the textures of the cake crumble and the dense cake- it was worth the time.
