If it’s not, I use a deep purple first, then black. Using an immersion blender REALLY helps deepen the colour/tone dramatically!

With an influx of order requests, bookings are now closed until Sept 15th.

Also as a reminder as I’ve had multiple calls in the last week for same day orders, everything I do is baked to order and any extras are promptly sold. I don’t have ready made cakes available ‘just in case’, so same day orders are not an option.
In these cases I always recommend The Rolling Pin Bakery & Cafe as it’s *possible* they have a cake available, but they’re also running a Cafe and custom cake orders (highly recommend when you’re looking for extraordinary fondant work) so please think about all our schedules and book in advance. 🙏 ❤️

Some weeks just throw curveball after curveball - grateful for everyone that’s taken one of our kids to or from an activity, super gracious AH-MAZING customers for being flexible and allowing me to pivot. Grateful for our smoke detector warning of a grease fire in the bottom of our oven (did you know, 2 screws and the bottom of your oven pops right out?! Google is awesome)
I may have sent my last field meal out today, and I’m the most grateful for that 🙌🏼
