𝐀 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 💛🐾

We were so touched by a recent visit from Shama, Matt & their adorable doggie companion, Alexis! They brought delicious treats for our animals and staff, including incredible cookies from Gizmos Kitchen in Toronto, and made a generous $1,700 donation raised through Shama’s amazing baking, all in loving memory of their beloved Sam, who they lost five years ago.

We’re so proud to have been a small part of their journey with Sam. Shama and Matt are true animal lovers. Their dogs are their children, and like many of us in the shelter world, they go above and beyond to give them the best care. These two incredible animal advocates have donated thousands of dollars over the years and we are so grateful to have them on our team.

Thank you, 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭 & 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬, for your continued support and for reminding us what community is all about. We truly couldn’t do this without you. 💛🐶🍪

Thank you to Sheridan Nurseries Whitby for having us at their Fabulous Fall Market! We have been overwhelmed by the support of the community at our first event EVER!

We have only 1 week remaining before the Fall Market finishes for the year; :( so if you want one of our special baked items, pre-order and we'll bring it out on Saturday 10-4 to our stand at 410 Taunton Rd, Whitby!
