Grandmas kitchen will be at Foxfire Heritage Farm :)
The 🎃 Great Powassan & Area Pumpkin Tour 🎃 is happening this weekend and here’s a lovely AI map to show where to go for all 3 stops! (If anyone is keen to step up to design next year’s map - please shoot me a message; I’d much rather have someone local add it to their portfolio).
Here are a few things to know about the tour:
⭐️ Chiswick Line remains closed at Beach Road so please visit us (Adagio Farms) via Memorial to Golf Course to Chiswick. We really appreciate your support and appreciate that there’s a little extra inconvenience to visit us. ❤️ I’m planning to leave out some 🍊 orange balloons 🍊 to help show you where to turn.
⭐️ We love pets, but PLEASE leave your furry friends at home for the tour! It’s safer for them, for you, for others, and our animals 🙂 Please DO feel free to share pictures of them of course - we love to see them!
⭐️ We all do our best to prepare our land, animals, harvest crops and organize vendors, music and activities. We aren’t at the level of Sandhill Nursery of course, but we do our best (while juggling full-time off-farm jobs, children and regular adult responsibilities!). Thank you for being respectful and kind while visiting.
⭐️ While driving please watch carefully for our Amish neighbours - you’ll see children out and about, horse and buggies and all manner of horse-drawn equipment around the area. Please drive slowly.
⭐️ HAVE FUN!! This is a day to appreciate our local agriculture, artisans, producers and community. We love hosting our friends and neighbours - please come and say hi 🙂
