I’m honestly so happy with how this one turned out! It definitely came with its challenges, but seeing everything come together in the end made it all worth it. From the black fondant and sharp lines to all the little gold details and that gorgeous tiger on top. I’m so proud of how this cake came together.

This cake was 2 feet round and I’m not even kidding when I say it was SO heavy.

I couldn’t even lift it by myself!

And the raspberries… I used 12 boxes, about 340g each and that’s over 4 kg of raspberries!

Definitely one of those cakes that looks pretty on camera, but behind the scenes… it was a whole workout
