Plantain, roasted, from the roadside. On the road, you can sometimes get it with a tiny bag of peanuts. I brought these home (almost ate them all before I remembered to share) and had them with peanut butter. When I was a kid (tbh, I still do), I’d also dip my kelewele (spiced, fried small pieces of plantain) in PB too. SO GOOD.
